Nat was raised in Sydney, Australia with sport in her blood. With an Olympic gold medal cyclist and elite squash player for parents, she's been running fast since she could stand on two feet. With three degrees, the resident smarty pants keeps the team moving in the right direction, at least when she's not out training for her next marathon on the hills of San Francisco, with husband Shaun in tow.

Growing up on a horse ranch in Western North Dakota, Jamie shared dreams of becoming a cowboy with his twin brother. His love for art and design brought him to Minneapolis and then New York City where he met his wife, Pika, and honed his craft. After years in the city, Jamie and Pika moved back west to Colorado to reconnect with nature. On sunny days, Jamie can be found hiking, playing a round of golf, or looking for the next mechanical bull to ride.

Pika spent her childhood exploring the woods of Maryland and the jungles of Indonesia. Her lifelong love of design and art brought her to New York where she worked at some of the top design studios. Nine years and a husband later, she was ready to return to the woods and headed west to Boulder, Colorado. These days Pika can be found hiking any time it’s sunny or trail running with her awesome dog Croc.

Andy is a seventh generation Tasmanian. Shaun found him working in New York City, where he was confusing locals with his incomprehensible slang. He’s now working with us from beautiful “Tassie” to bring KOOEE! to our mates back in Australia. Andy enjoys sailing and trail running, and won't stop sending us photos of the Tasmanian Wilderness.
